We are excited to announce that we will be playing the Fillmore! We will be playing upstairs in the Poster Room the same night as one of our new favorite bands, "First Aid Kit".  This is a great opportunity and if all goes well we could be asked back to open for a band on the main stage! Our friend and SF booking agent KC Turner has been getting us great gigs around the bay area. Landing four of our songs in the upcoming hollywood feature film "Divorce Invitation", due out this summer, helped us establish the business side of our band. Things are moving forward at a healthy pace and growing stronger everyday. Brianna has quit her day job and we are now both full-time musicians. This has already seen great results with lots of new songs and time to practice together. We have been busy and loving it!

It has been a busy couple of weeks for Girls & Boys! Lots of gigs and working on new material at home. We are planning lots of fun stuff for the summer! We are heading to Portland in July and have been working on some gigs in Southern California as well. Hope to see you all soon!

We have been hard at work! We are currently writing songs and booking gigs for the summer. There is lots to do. We placed four songs in the movie "Divorce Invitation" that is heading to Cannes Film Festival next month!! We are excited about this opportunity and are doing everything we can to ride the wave. Last nights show at the Arlene Francis Center for the arts was AMAZING!! First time with the full band! Good turnout, good people, great beer, and great music. Thanks for supporting local music!

We are performing tonight in Novato at Finnegans! This place has a laid back vibe and great food and drinks.

Tonight we will be performing at Osteria in SF with 2 other bands from 7-10. This is a great place! They have amazing food! It is all acoustic tonight and we will be playing in the round (each performer does a 30 min set in rotation).

Lots of new developments on the horizon for G+B. We will keep you posted as they come!

Today we are off to check out a spot to shoot our first music video! We are looking forward to seeing it all come together. It will be for the song "Scratch & Scream". We were fortunate enough to get four of our songs into the upcoming movie "Divorce Invitation" that will be debuting at the Cannes Film Festival in May!!  We are excited about it and are going to use this momentum to further our craft. We will let you know as soon as we do when the movie will be out.

In other news, it has also been a great few months of songwriting. We are swamped with new ideas! We are in the process of sorting thru them to find the gems and polish them up. Hope to see you all soon with some shiny new songs!

We will be performing tonight at Hopmonk - Sonoma! It is an all acoustic venue that has great food and awesome beer! We play from 9-11 and have put together a good acoustic set. See you all soon!

Saturdays Wintertime Hootenanny was AMAZING!! Lots of great artists and lots of music fans!  We enjoyed playing and hanging out with everyone. We are already looking forward to the next one!
